Course Objectives | The aim of this course is • to introduce to the students, the basic concepts of law and provide concise information on legal definition of new, original and conservable designs. • to inform them about the “ to do list” to protect a new and original design. • to ensure that the they have basic information about industrial and intellectual property rights regarding registered trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights. |

Course Description | The aim of this course is to introduce to the students, the basic concepts of law and provide concise information on legal definition of new, original and conservable designs, to inform them about the “ to do list” to protect a new and original design. In addition, this course aims to ensure that they have basic information about industrial and intellectual property rights regarding registered trademarks, patents, designs and copyrights.
